SECTION 1. In case of death, flowers shall be sent, the sum to be $30.00 to $35.00 per occasion. If so desired, a memorial of $30.00 may be sent in lieu of flowers.
SECTION 2. Flowers or check shall be sent to:
A. Firefighters of the Sioux Falls Fire Department.
1. His or her spouse.
2. His or her children, including stepchildren, under the age of 21.
3. His or her grandparents, parents, brothers and sisters.
4. His or her stepparents.
5. His or her widow or widowers.
B. Firefighters spouse
1. His or her children, including stepchildren.
2. His or her parents.
3. His or her stepparents.
C. Pensioned members having belonged to this Local.
1. Their spouse.
2. Their children under age of 21.
